Fans of HKN boss, Davido will be disappointed with news of his decision to postpone the release of his widely anticipated second album earlier scheduled to drop on Monday, June 8, 2015.
In the last couple of months, Davido had repeatedly spoken about plans to drop his second album on June 8, just 24 hours after his graduation from Babcock University on Sunday, June 7, 2015.
We gathered that his release plans have now been put on hold until a later date he is yet to reveal. Davido returned to Nigerian on Sunday, May 31, 2015 after spending over 3 weeks in the United States recording international collabos and shooting videos for songs off the album.
A source in the HKN camp said that ‘Davido actually needs a little more time to wrap things up on this end, you know he just returned to the country. The team is sorting out getting the numbers right so the release date had to be postponed.’
The Osun State-born ‘The Sound’ singer dropped his debut album, Omo Baba Olowo on July 17, 2012.
